Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Timeblock, the time-blocking planner operated by Fourge Enterprise. Please read them — they cover your account, acceptable use, AI-assisted planning, subscriptions and how the agreement can end.

Who you are contracting with

Timeblock is operated by Fourge Enterprise ("Fourge", "we", "us"), trading as Timeblock. These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Fourge Enterprise for your use of the Timeblock website, web app and related services (the "Service").

If you are using Timeblock on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

What Timeblock provides

Timeblock is a planning tool. It lets you capture tasks, chain them into time blocks with automatic start and end times, roll unfinished work forward, track goals and milestones, view insights, receive reminders, and optionally connect services such as Google Calendar and Slack.

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) unlock additional capabilities such as Planner Chat, brain dump capture, goals and integrations. Plan contents and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; commit fraud, send spam or unsolicited messages through it; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware or malicious code; probe, scan or test the security of our systems; scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data; circumvent usage limits, quotas or access controls; or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

AI-assisted planning

Some features — including Planner Chat, brain dump capture, Slack capture and goal breakdown — use AI models to interpret the text you provide and suggest tasks, schedules and sub-tasks.

Acceptable use of these features: you must not use them to generate or process illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, malware, or content designed to circumvent safety filters, and you must not attempt to jailbreak or manipulate the underlying models.

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for having the rights to submit that content, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong; they are planning suggestions, not professional advice, and should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or other regulated decisions without independent human review.

You retain your rights in the content you input. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your inputs or of the planning outputs generated for you. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, contact us through the support channels on our website and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeated or serious infringement may lead to suspension or termination.

We may moderate content and outputs — including filtering, refusing or removing content and restricting accounts — where necessary to comply with law, protect the Service, or enforce these terms.

Your content and licence

Your tasks, goals, notes, chat messages and other content remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example to schedule your day, sync a task to your calendar or generate insights.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and the plan you have selected.

Intellectual property

Fourge Enterprise retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, documentation, branding and the Timeblock name and logo. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you.

Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, together with our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan period you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from Settings in the app or through the billing portal Paddle provides; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.

Third-party integrations

If you connect Google Calendar, Slack or another third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We access only the data needed to provide the feature you enabled, and you can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings.

We are not responsible for outages, changes or data loss caused by third-party services.

Service availability

We work to keep Timeblock available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Reminders and notifications depend on your device, browser and network, and on third-party delivery systems outside our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, with reasonable notice where practical.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fourge Enterprise against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where practical we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you can export or delete your data before closing your account, and we delete personal and planning data as described in our Privacy Notice, except where we must retain records by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fourge Enterprise is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you different rights.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channels listed on our website.
